Our Clean and Clear Policy:
We do NOT sell or share any of your information with anyone outside our business.
The Details:
When you provide to us your e-mail address, shipping address, or any other kind of information, we keep your information strictly private and DO NOT sell or share it to any third policies outside our work.
Most often, we do not see your financial information. This is because we use secure & widely accepted Merchants like Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Facebook, Pay Pal and/or Shopify Payments, all whom process your information for us, while passing along to us only your actual payment & not your financial details.
All merchants scramble, or encrypt, your information when you submit it. They also screen us to ensure that we are indeed an established business. They do this by verifying our registered address and our actual bank accounts.
When you communicate with us you may receive a newsletter or promotional sale announcement from us. These e-mails will always have the option for you to UNSUBSCRIBE.
We PROHIBIT SPAM in all regards and do not practice it.
For our buyable pins on Pinterest, we use the Pinterest tag, which is a conversion tracking pixel.
If you have any questions or concerns about our Clean and Clear Privacy Policy, please e-mail us at info@TrueAfricanArt.com

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data during its payment processing only. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
