True African Art considers your time with us to be confidential and secure in all regards.  We want to get the painting(s) to you safely and ensure that your browsing and Checkout experience with us is intact and established once you land on our site. 

And it is, through firewalls, anti-virus software, and security keys and checks.  Our implemented standard is equal to bank-level security.

1. Our direct, on site processor is Shopify, a Level 1 PCI DSS-compliant platform. Shopify provides encrypted HTTPS connections using TLS/SSL certificates. 
   
   
2. Our entire Originals and Prints sites are HTTPS secured.  A layer of SSL encryption, or Secure Sockets Layer, is coded on top of the HTTP.  The “S” encrypts and decrypts your interaction with the server, thus securing the information sent between True African Art and your browser.
   
   
3. Our online e-commerce merchant processors are also of the highest level of security.  This includes Amazon, Google, Shop and Apple Pay as well as Venmo and Pay Pal.

      4. Your optional account with us requires strong login credentials, including two-               step verification.

      5. Staff accounts are managed with discretion and any apps have to be compliant              with Shopify's app store protocols.

All in all, you are safe with us.  We have never had a security breach on our customers or any of their orders or accounts, so you are good with us.  If you still prefer to pay offline, it is less secure, but we can arrange a transaction over the phone or email.  Just Contact Us.
