The Lowdown:

• Complimentary Worldwide Shipping for original art via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or USPS.
  
  
• We've shipped to over 40 countries since 2009.
  
  
• Orders received by 3 PM on any weekday will go out the same day.  On Saturday's since most carriers send around Noon, we would need your order by 9 AM that Saturday in order to be shipped to you on Saturday. 
  
  Orders are given to the Post Office within just hours of your order; domestic delivery usually arrives in less than a week; internationally, it takes about two weeks or less.
  
  
• Tracking information is provided, with updates until your painting arrives.
  
  
• Overnight shipping available at a non-profit cost (requires a 24 hour notice).
  
  
• Exclusions: Prints from AfricanArtPaintings.com and stretched originals;  For stretched originals, non-profit packing and shipping quotes are available.
  
  
• Sent from:  Most paintings ship from New York, though some custom or consignment pieces are with the artists in Africa though they still qualify for Complimentary Shipping Worldwide.
  
  
• Shipping details:   Sent in: a tube with padding;  smaller paper art are sent in hard envelopes.
  
  
• Insurance available upon request. Carriers handle damage or loss, but True African Art offers top priority support.
  
  
• Customs:  In the rare chance that a duty is placed on your package, it is your responsibility to pay it as we sent it for free.
  
  
• Reliability: Since 2004, over 97% of shipments have arrived on time. None have ever been lost.
  
  
• Conditions:  Free shipping applies to initial orders, not returns or exchanges.
