• Sent from:  Most paintings ship from New York, though some custom or consignment pieces are with the artists in Africa but still qualify for Complimentary Shipping Worldwide.
  
  
• Exclusions: Prints from AfricanArtPaintings.com  and stretched originals; non-profit packing and shipping quotes are available for stretched pieces.

Shipping details:

• Sent in: a tube with padding;  smaller paper art are sent in hard envelopes.
  
  
• Insurance available upon request. Carriers handle damage or loss, but True African Art offers top priority support.
  
• Customs:  In the rare chance that a duty is placed on your package, it is your responsibility to pay it as we sent it for free.
  
  
• Reliability: Since 2004, over 97% of shipments have arrived on time. None have ever been lost.
